    Tender Details

    Tender For Pipeline Hydrotesting And Pressure Testing - Hydrotesting - Job Includes Carrying Out Hydro Testing Of Different Sizes Of Pipeline At A Pressure Of 10.5 Kg/Sq.Cm And Retaining The Pressure For A Minimum Period Of 4 Hours With Sweet Water. In Case, If Any Leak Is Observed, The Affected Pipeline Will Be Replaced/Repaired With A New Pipe And Re Tested At No Extra Cost. After Successful Completion Of Hydrotesting, The Same Shall Be Inspected By Hpcl Representative And Joint Report Needs To Be Prepared And Signed On The Same Day. Water, Manpower, Tools, Tackles Required For The Job Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor At His Own Cost. Hydrotesting To Be Certified By Tpi. Tpi Shall Be A Certified Agency Authorized By Factory/Peso For Witnessing And Certifying Hydrotesting - Supply And Wrapping/Coating Of Pipelines Of Varying Size With 4Mm Wrapping Material Of Approved In Single Layer As Per Manufacturers Standard. Vendor Should Strictly Follow Manufacturers Application Procedure. Rate To Include Supply Of All Raw Materials (Wrapping Tape Etc) As Specified In Manufacturers Specification. Minimum 2 Overlap To Be Provided On All Sizes Of Pipeline Etc..
