Inspecting The Plummer Blocks And Bearing For Temperature Raise And Abnormal Noise. Operating The Sprinkler System Including Choke Releasing In The Nozzles & Pipe Lines And Operating Pcr House Dust Extraction System Whenever Required, Including T&Ps And Consumables Etc. Charges For Checking Oil Level & Oil Topping In Gear Boxes Of Conveyor 7A, 7B, Ims 1A And 1B. Checking Of Oil Level And Oil Topping In Fluid Coupling. Adjustment And Replacement Of Skirt Rubber & Scrapper Rubber In Conveyor 7A & 7B. ( Oil & Rubber Will Be Supplied By Tangedco At Free Of Cost ) , Including Cost T&Ps And Consumables Etc. Labour Charges For Inspection And Attending Dislocated Liner Plates Cutting & Ms Mother Plates Puncture Welding In Conveyor 7A & 7B Skirt Boards For Its Healthiness. Cleaning Of Coal Powder / Coal Dust Accumulated In Fresh Air Filters And Checking The Condition Of V Belt In Fresh Air System. Cleaning Of Coal Choke In Pcr Dust Extraction System By Removal Of Air Lock Feeder And Manual Door Of Hopper And Checking The Tightness Of Fixing Bolts And Nuts Of The Blower Base Frame And Condition Of V Belts Etc.
