    Tender For Kmc And Other Statutory Body Drawing - Site Visit By A Qualified Engineer(S)/Main Consultants Upon Finalization Of Land. Ascertaining Jurisdiction Of Area And Doing General Survey Of Land As Per Standard Practice And Verification Of Boundaries As Per The Key Plan Submitted By Loi Holder/Hpcl - Preparation Of Autocad Drawings For Proposed New Retail Outlets Sites Under Regional Office. Scope Of Job Includes Visiting Site, Taking Plot Measurement Survey Matching The Same With Government Survey Drawing Provided By Hpcl And Boundary Markings, Etc Complete In All Aspects. Layout To Be Developed As Per Latest Prevailing Petroleum/Statutory Rules And Regulations. Costs Include Making Autocad Drawing And Pdf Drawing As Per Statutory Norms And Sending It For Final Approval To Engineer-In-Charge. Consultant To Make Iteration As Advice By Engineer-In-Charge For Final Approval Of Drawing And No Extra Payment Will Be Given For It. Visit Charges Will Be Made One Time Basis Under Visit Charge Payment Basis Distance From Regional Office, No Extra Charges Shall Be Payable For More Than 1 Visit If Required To Be Undertaken. No Extra Charges For Making Changes/Revisions In Drgs, Basis Advice Of Retail Engineering - Supply Of Ammonia Prints Of The Finalized Layouts Of Proposed And Existing Retail Outlets. Colouring Work In Ammonia Prints. Proposed Work In Red, Work To Be Deleted/Demolished In Yellow And Approved But Not Constructed/Carried Out In Green Colour - Miscellaneous Activities Like Site Survey,Route Survey,Preparing Estimates,N/W Feasibility,Optimisation Of Resources Etc.
