Repair / Overhauling Of Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment Onboard Ins Subhadra At Nsry ( Kar ) , Nsry / L / Sbd / Nr / Dli / Misc / 11- 1 1.01 Manufacture And Refit Tally Plates Which Have Deteriorated. ( I ) 10 X 3 Cms 1.02 ( Ii ) 6.5 X 1.5 Cms 2 2.01 Inspect Switchboard Cables / Wiring, Lugs And Connectors And Other Components Examine For Deterioration / Damage. Repair Damage Insulation And Recrimp Lugs Carry Out Repair / Replacement As Necessary. 3 Switchboard Switchboard Switchboard 3.01 Examine Shock And Vibration Mount, Replace As Required. 4 4.01 Rack Out All Circuit Breakers. Remove The Sheet Steel Front Cover, Annual Repair Contract Breaker And Annual Repair Contract Chutes. Examine The Condition Of Following Components For General Deterioration:- ( A ) Closing Contacts 4.02 ( B ) Anti Pumping Relay 4.03 ( C ) Delay Relay 4.04 ( D ) Overload 4.05 ( E ) Under Voltage Relay 4.06 ( F ) Over Voltage Relay 4.07 ( G ) Aux Switch Contacts 4.08 ( H ) Short Circuit Relay 5 5.01 ( I ) Manufacture And Refit Tally Plates Which Have Deteriorated. ( Ii ) Inspect Switchboard Cables / Wiring, Lugs And Connectors And Other Components. Examine For Deterioration / Damage. Repair Damaged Insulation And Recrimp Lugs. Carryout Repair / Replacement As Necessary. Emergency Switchboard Switchboard ( Iii ) Repair / Replace All Defective Cables, Wirings, Lugs And Termination. ( Iv ) Carryout Calibration Of Relays And Pcb For Protection And Trips. Replace Components If Required. 6 6.01 ( I ) Check Contacts And Wiring For Wear / Deterioration Renew As Necessary. ( Ii ) Renew Brake Linings, If Required. ( Iii ) Carryout Complete Overhauling Of The Windlass Motor Control Panel Subject To Qc Check. Check Alignment On Refitment And Carryout Load Trials For 4 Hours. ( 1 Job ) 7 7.01 Renew Brake Linings, If Required. ( 1 Job ) Anchor Windlass Motor Torpedo Recovery Davit
