Tender For Biennial Contract For Vegetation Control And Maintenance Of Zone 5 In Refinery - Vegetation Removal And Maintenance Of Zone-5 In Refinery.-Lumpsum Scope Per Normal Month Long Description: Scope Of Job: (On Monthly Basis)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Refinery Area Has Been Divided Into Eight Zones As Per The Enclosed Refinery Layout Drawing N Zone 5 Consists Ofapprox. 80,000 Sq. Mtr. Of Area (Sketch Attached As Attachment Iv).The Scope Of The Job Is As Below:1. Vegetation Growth Restriction / Maintenance:1.1 The Unwanted Vegetation, Bushes Shall Be Cut And Uprooted. Cutting N Removal Of Dry Branches, Dead Treesunder The Zone N Removal Of The Same Is Included In The Scope. Agency Shall Ensure That Removed Vegetation/Cutgrass Is Collected, Stacked And Transported Out Of Refinery Premises On Daily Basis..1.2 Agency After Cutting / Uprooting Shall Offer To Hpcl For Inspection And Obtain Clearance.1.3 Completion Of Job Includes Cutting Of Vegetation (Using Grass Cutting Machines And / Or Manual Cutting, As Per Requirement), Uprooting, Loading, Transporting Of Vegetation Outside The Refinery.1.4 Manual Cutting Of Grass To Be Done With Sickles And Knives Using Both Hands. Cutting Grass By Manuallyswinging The Long Knives Shall Not Be Allowed.1.5 The Agency Shall Maintain The Cleared Area Free Of Unwanted Vegetation From The Date Of Placement Of Service Order. For Carrying Out The Job Against This Order The Agency Shall Deploy 2 Manpower(For Manual Cutting Of Grass) And 4 Grass Cutting Machines With 4 Machine Operators On An Average In A Month. The Agency Shall Mobilize For Additional Machinery / Additional Manpower, As Required, For Carrying Out The Job As Per The Scope As Outlined, For Keeping The Free Of Un-Wanted Vegetation, At No Additional Cost.1.6 Estimated Area Is Around 80,000 Sq.Mtrs Etc
