Tender For Road Repairing Job At Vashi White Oil Terminal - Premix Bituminous Carpetproviding And Laying 50 Mm Thick (Compacted Thickness) Premix Bitumen Carpet In Two Layers On The Top Of Wmm Surface In Thickness Of 25Mm Each. The Rate To Include(I) Cleaning Of Wmm Surface.(Ii) Premixing Aggregate (Granite/ Basalt Trap) Along With Bitumen Of 60/70 Grade (Vg 30) As Per Attached Technical Specification And Transportation Of The Same To The Work Areas.(Iii) Providing Tack Coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sq.M As Per Attached Technical Specifications Prior To Laying Of Premix Bitumen Carpet And 0.25 Kg/Sq.M Between First And Second Layer Of Bitumen Premix Carpet(Iv) Spreading Of The Premix Carpet With Paver.(V) Checking The Camber/ Gradient With Camber/ Gradient Boards.(Vi) Rolling Of The Above Layer With 10 Mt Roller. Job To Be Completed As Per Attached Technical Specification And As Directed By Eic Complete.The Entire Bitumen Quantity Required For The Job Shall Be Directly Procured From Petroleum Oil Companies Only.Note:- The Job To Be Executed Via Paver Machine Only, Marking. Providing Hot Thermoplast Paint Of 4 Inch Width And 2 Mm Thick With Paint And One Coat Of Primer As Directed By Officer-In-Charge.A Hot Melt Kettle To Be Used To Heat The Paint And Should Confirm Bs-3262 Specifications Etc..
