Design, Supply, Installation In Position, Testing, Commissioning And Handing Over Of A Silent Diesel Generator Set Of Capacity Of 380 Kva ( With Acoustic Enclosure As Per Latest Govt Norms ) As Per Latest Detailed Specification And Cpcb Norms, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz ( 478 Bhp At 0.8 Pf Lag ) Complete With Diesel Engine, Alternator , Water Cooled Radiator 2. Supply & Laying Of 1100V Grade, 3 ½ C X 400 Sq.Mm Pvc / Xlpe Armored Aluminium Conductor Cable To Be Laid In Surface Manner On Wall / Ceiling With Saddles , Supports And Other Required Materials, Complete As Directed To Be Laid Between Alternator Terminals And Control Panel And Control Panel To Air Circuit Breaker Panel Complete As Per Specifications And As Directed By The Banks Engineer. 3. Termination Of Above 3 ½ C X 400 Sq.Mm Pvc / Xlpe Armored Aluminum Conductor Cable With Required Materials Such As Tinned Cu Lugs, Brass Gland, Insulating Tapes, Chromium Plated Nut & Bolts Etc Complete As Directed 4. Supply & Laying Of 1100V Grade 2.5 Sq.Mm X 16 Core Pvc / Xlpe Copper Conductor Armoured Cable Confirming To Is:7098 ( Part1 ) 1998 To Be Laid From Alternator To Amf Control Panel To Be Laid From Underground With Suitable Size Hdpe Pipe And Fixed On Walls With Saddling As Directed By The Bank?S Engineer. 5. Termination Of Above Control Cable As Described In Item No.5 Above. 6. Supply And Installation Of Insulated Ms Exhaust Piping Of Suitable Dia.Ms C Class Isi Mark Pipe For Dg Set As Recommended By The Manufacturer Of The Engine With 50Mm Thick Mineral Wool Lining For Thermal Insulation And Aluminum Cladding, Complete With Required Materials Such As Supports Structure And Allied Civil Works Etc.
