Of 6.6 Kv Breaker And Breaker Panel Of All The 5 No. Machines And 6.6 Bus Bar In Chep-I By Way Of Replacing Damaged Bus Bar Insulators, Bus Supporting Insulators, Fuses Along With Other Allied Works. (B) Mechanical - (1) Repair To 3No. Hydro Mechanical Gates Installed Along The Canal Of Chep-I By Way Of Complete Dismantling Of Winch Machine Which Include Pinion, Gear, Gun Metal Bushes, Etc. And Cleaning Of All Parts By Using Petrol ,Dhoti Cloth, Brush Etc. Applying Fresh Coat Of Grease To All The Parts Of Winch Machine And Then Assemble It Properly. Oiling To Rollers Which Includes Shaft, Lock Pin, Roller, Etc. Replacement Of Old/Damaged Bushes, Gears, Bearings, Nuts And Bolts, Etc And Cleaning Of Guide Hoisting ,Removal Of Old Grease From The Threaded Stem Rod, Straightening And Its Realignment Cleaning It Properly And Then Applying Fresh Coat Of Grease (Make Castrol/Servo). Checking The Operation Of The Gates By Lifting And Lowering It 2-3 Times After Assembling Of All The Parts. The Job Includes Cost Of Material, T&P Items And Labour Engaged For The Execution Of Job. Complete Job, Repair & Maintenance Of Ngr Panel Of M/C-I By Means Of Dismantling & Re-Installation Of Ct & Pt Units After Replacement Of Damaged Thimbles / Control Cable, Cleaning Of Contacts Along With Allied Works At Chep-Ii., Repair And Maintt.
