Tender For Job Of Housekeeping, This Lpr Is Processed For The Job Of Houskeeping Of Jabalpur Ro.Only Service Charge Has To Be Quoted.Taxes Applicable As Per Gst Rule Have To Be Quoted Extrasecurity Deposit : 1 Percent Of Total Contract Value To Be Drawn On Hpcl, Jabalpur Or Equal Amount Of Bank Guarantee To Be Submitted By The Contractor After Finalization Of Order And Before Starting The Work.Period Of Contract : Two Yearmode Of Payment : Thru E Payment Only And Within 15 Days Of Submission Of Certified Bill. Payment Will Be Made Only After Submition Of Complete Bill That Is Proof Of Deposit Epf And Esic, Providing Services On All Working Days Basis Plant Requirement. However, Services May Be Required On Sundays/ Holidays Also & Party Has To Quote Taking This Factor Into Account. The Party Shall Be Responsible For Operation As Well As Day To Day Upkeep Of The Company Vehicle. The Party Shall Also Arrange For Safekeeping Of All Related Mandatory Documents Like Rc/ Fitness/ Insurance/ Puc Etc And Shall Be Responsible For Renewal Of The Same. Hpcl Shall Be Reimburse Cost Of Fitness/ Insurance/ Puc & Other Documents Etc. Renewal Charges On Production Of Original Receipts. The Movement Of The Vehicle Should Be Strictly Under The Guidance Of Plant Manager Or Officer-In-Charge. The Concerned Person Should Have Driving License Of Lmv. In Case Of Any Negligence Of Person In Violation Of Mv Act Rule, Contractor Will Be Liable To Pay Penal Amount. Hpcl Will Not Reimburse The Same, Cleaning Of Furniture/Computer/Job Of Photocopy,Scanning: Scope Of Job: Cleaning Furniture, Computers, Windows, Doors, Dusting Of Computers, Printers, Copier, Telephone Instruments Etc. Should Be Carried Out On Daily Basis. Dust From The Furniture And Computer Screen And Connected Parts Should Be Removed And To Be Cleaned With Appropriate Chemicals Meant For Cleaning The Furniture. The Job Should Be Done With Modern Methods. Special Attention Is To Be Given For The Tables Etc......
