Post Warrantee Amc ( 3 Years ) Normal Visit: Normal Visit: Preventive Maintenance Service: Preventive Maintenance Is An Off-Line Maintenance Of The Equipment Without Disturbing Normal Laboratory Operation. Details Of Services Under Preventive Maintenance Are As Follows: A ) Checking The General Operation & Operating Condition Of The Equipment. B ) Calibration Of The Equipment And Submission Of Calibration Report. C ) General Healthiness Checks Of Various Important Components And Cards: Service Engineer Will Check General Healthiness Of The Equipment Using His Service Tools According To Servicing Procedure. D ) Investigation Of The Problems Reported By Nrl: The Problems Highlighted By Nrl During The Visit And Hidden Problems Identified By Service Engineer To Be Investigated. Vendor Engineer Will Take Appropriate / Remedial Steps For Resolving These Problems. E ) Replacement Of Defective Parts. : As Per Requirement If Any Part Is To Be Replaced Subject To Availability Of The Part With Nrl & Work Permit The Same Has To Be Replaced. F ) After Completion Of Servicing, Service Engineer Will Demonstrate The Performance Of The Equipment To The Satisfaction Of Nrl. G ) Report: A Detail Report On Jobs Carried Out, Observations And Recommendations To Be Submitted By The Vendor Upon Completion Of Each Visit. H ) The Vendor Shall Also Offer Suggestions For Better Performance Of The Equipment.
