    Tender For Operation And Maintenance Works Of Chep-I:-Reconditioning Of 10 No. Bypass Valves 3” Dia, 5 No. Hand Valves, 5 No. Closing Valves ( 40 Kg / Cm2 Pressure ) By Way Of Remetaling, Repairing , Machining Of Plates, Stem Rod, Valve Seat Etc. With Allied Works For Chepi. The Job Includes Cost Of Material, T&P Items And Labour Engaged For The Execution Of Job. Complete Job., Replacement Of Carbon Brushed Of 2 No. Machines Including Dismantling, Leveling And Fitting Of Brass Seats With Allied Works At Chep-I. The Job Includes Cost Of Materials Like Brass Seats & Carbon Brushes, Carriage And Handling Of Materials Both By Mechanical Transport And By Head Load And Labour Charges. Complete Job, Repair And Maintenance Of 03 No. Valves Of Chep-I By Taking It Out From Their Installed Positions, Dismantling And Cleaning Of All The Parts Like Threaded Rod, Glands, Disc And Flanges. Apply Fresh Coat Of Grease ( Make Castrol / Servo ) , Replacement Of Gaskets And Gland Seals With The New Ones. Replacement Of Rusted / Damaged Nuts And Bolts, Fitting Of The Valves In Their Original Positions. Checking Their Operations By Opening And Closing 2-3 Times To Ensure Smooth Flow Of Discharge.
