    Tender For Tank Fabrication Under Prro- TANK FABRICATION 16 KL-FABRICATION OF 16 KL MILD STEEL HORIZONTAL CYLINDRICAL TANK AS PER IS 10987-LATEST EDITION INCLUDING HANDLING, FABRICATION, ERECTION AND WELDING OF SHELL PLATES & END PLATES OF THE UNDERGROUND TANKS USING HPCL SUPPLIED 6 MM TO 8 MM THICK PLATES. RATE TO INCLUDE CUTTING THE PLATES AS PER APPROVED FABRICATION DRAWINGS, SQUARING THE PLATES, MAKING “V” GROOVES WHERE EVER REQUIRED, MARKING THE PLATES FOR IDENTIFICATION, LIFTING & PLACING THE PLATES IN POSITION BY ANY APPROVED METHOD AND WELDING AS PER SPECIFICATION AND APPROVED SEQUENCE OF WELDING. RATE SHALL INCLUDE UPLIFTING STEEL PLATES FROM HPCL PREMISES INCLUDING LOADING, TRANSPORTATION AND UNLOADING AT FABRICATION YARD. RATE TO INCLUDE SUPPLYING AND FIXING STRUCTURAL STEEL STIFFERNERS AND ALL TANK APPURTENANCES AS PER FABRICATION DRAWING COMPLETE AND HYDROSTATIC TESTING OF THE TANK PRIOR TO DISPATCH. VENDOR SHALL STRICTLY FOLLOW THE SCOPE OF JOB AS PER ATTACHMENT AND CARRY OUT FABRICATION AS PER ATTACHED DRAWING AND SHALL ALSO ABIDE BY THE STEEL PLATE RECONCILIATION AS MENTIONED.TRANSP. OF 16 KL WITHIN 50 KM-Transportation of 16KL horizontal tanks to site including loading, unloading etc. Complete upto 50KM from the source,etc.
