    Tender Details

    Supply Of GT Hydraulic oil Pump: GT hydraulic oil pump emergency break down works comprise of decouple the pump from the motor after isolating the suction and discharge line and disassembly of the pump, checking the DE & NDE bearings of the pump and the seals and replace the failed bearings or seals by new one replace the parts if any as required which will be supplied by the board and reassembling the pump, alignment checking and coupling with the motor all complete and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Minor welding works: Charges for attending any minor weld defects in lube oil, air and water lines and support structures by welding, etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber Inspection emergency breakdown work: Gas turbine bottom side outer manhole door opening, Combustion chamber internal doors 3nos opening and visual inspection of combustion chamber internals like heat shields, burners and 1st stage bucket nozzles. Visual inspection will be made by board engineer. After completing the inspection closing the combustion chamber internal manhole doors 3nos and outer cover door. The spare parts if any as required which will be supplied by the board and complete and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
