Routine mtce of Fire protection system PhI Operation and Periodical Maintenance of EOT Crane capacity of 5 TON work shop and 5 TON Electrical Hoist: Walk around visual inspection for any abnormality, Regular Operation checkup (LT, CT, AH, MH). Checking of oil level in the LT, CT, AH, MH gearboxes, thruster brakes and topping up. Minor adjustments of brake shoes in thrusters, greasing and external cleaning as directed by the Engineer incharge. 10.1. Routine mtce of Fire protection system PhI Breakdown maintenance of Hydrant and Spray lines: Trace out the actual puncture spot of hydrant and spray lines, isolating the valves for water leak arresting, preparing the patch work piece to the require size, attending the leak, charging the line for leak testing and any other unforeseen works as directed by the engineer in charge. 10.2. Routine mtce of Fire protection system Fire water pump (125 KW) AC and diesel engine driven pump Break down maintenance and overhauling work: This work comprise of dismantling of the pump after decoupling with motor in to its component such as bearings, glands, shaft sleeve, impeller and shaft, logging rings, thorough cleaning of the parts, replace the worn out parts by new one which was supplied by the board and reassembly the pump, alignment checking and coupling with the motor all complete.
