Scope Of Jon Includes All Welding, Gas Cutting, Grinding, Shifting Of Material, Supply Of Manpower, Tools Tackles Etc Is In Vendor Scope. Hpcl Will Supply Pipes And Flanges Etc If Required. This Is A Lump Sump Job And No Separate Payment Will Be Made For The Same. Section Length Is Approx 3 Meter, Blinding And De-Blinding:Blinding Includes Fabrication Of Blinds By Cutting, Grinding And Installation. The Rate Furnished Against Blinding Is Inclusive Of Cost Of Consumables And Excluding The Cost Of Materials. Materials Will Be Given On Free Issue Basis. Etc
