Quench Deck Cylinder & Load Elevator 11 Overhauling Of The Quench Deck Mechanism By Properly Aligning The Cylinder With The Chain Drive Mechanism For Smooth Functioning Of The Deck. 12 Complete Painting Of The Furnace With Silver Paint Including Primer. 13 Uniformity Test/Thermal Mapping Test Has To Be Conducted For Uniform Distribution Of Temperature Inside The Furnace. 14 Performance Prove Out Of The Furnace By Conducting Trials On Track Shoes Of 06 Varieties & Gear Blanks Of 06 Varieties.
