    Annual Maintenance Contract For Maintenance Of Rotating Equipment :-1.01 Major repairing / overhauling of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Upto 20 HP. 1.02 Major repairing / overhauling of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Above 20 HP Upto 50 HP 1.03 Major repairing / overhauling of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Above 50 HP Upto 100 HP 1.04 Major repairing / overhauling of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Above 100 HP 1.05 Minor repairing/ reconditioning of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Upto 20 HP. 1.06 Minor repairing/ reconditioning of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Above 20 HP Upto 50 HP 1.07 Minor repairing/ reconditioning of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Above 50 HP Upto 100 HP 1.08 Minor repairing/ reconditioning of Rotary equipment as per detailed scope of work; HP Rating: Above 100 HP 1.09 Repairing / Reconditioning of components of Rotary Equipments as per scope of work. 1.10 Mechanical seal Healthiness checking at site with Nitrogen gas as per scope of work. 1.11 Painting of equipment after maintenance/overhauling as per instruction & scope of work. 1.12 Preventive maintenance of Hydro jetting Pumps as per instruction of NRL Engineer. Lube oil checking/changing. Operate the pumps to check healthiness. 1.13 Healthiness checking of running equipments at site as per instruction of NRL Engineer. 1.14 Overhauling of other hydraulic equipments like hydraulic jack, hydraulic pullers etc. as per instruction of NRL engineer.
