    SCOPE OF WORK PDS Truck Tracking and Monitoring System should have three components GPS technology based online Monitoring System application It is expected to provide application to be integrated with GPS devices installed across registered vehicles with department for transporting Food Grains. GPS Device Kit or System hardware GPS device hardware will be installed in each registered vehicle and will be connected with vehicle battery. In case of removal of the device it should generate alert. A Control Room in PDS Vehicle Tracking system refers to a secure room in a FCSCA that operates as the surveillance monitoring center coordination office and alarm monitoring center all in one. The Control Room is a central administrative location from where overall Vehicle movements are monitored and managed. The Control Room would be setup in FCSCA operated by Bidder.
