Tender For Removing The 250 Nb & 300 Nb Dome Valves From The Line, Dismantling The Valves, Inspection Of Seal & Other Parts, Reconditioning & Replacing Of Wornout Seal & Other Parts If Necessary, Reassembling The Valve And Fixing With Line In Proper Manner As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge, Removing The 100 Nb & 150 Nb Dome Valves From The Line, Dismantling The Valves, Inspection Of Seal & Other Parts, Reconditioning & Replacing Of Wornout Seal & Other Parts If Necessary, Reassembling The Valve And Fixing With Line In Proper Manner As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge, Opening The Manhole Of The Bag Filter Unit In Fly Ash Buffer Hopper After Due Isolation, And After Sufficient Cooling Dismantling Air Purging Line, Removal Of All The Bag Filters One By One, Bringing The Bag Filter Outside The Housing, Cleaning With Compressed Air, Checking Of Bag Filter/Cage Any Damage Or In The Cage And Refitting All The Bag Filters In Position, And Closing The Man Hole As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. Including Hire Charges T&P Required, Consumables And All Labour Charges Etc, Overhauling Of Nrvs In Esp Hopper & Buffer Hopper, D-Pump (This Work Involves Dismantling, Inspection, Rectification Of Defects If Any, Lapping Of Valve Seat And Disc Renewal Of Sealing Rings, Gland Packing, Flange Gaskets, And Bonnet Gasket Cleaning All Parts, Inspection Of Drive Bush, Bearing Etc. And Renewing If Necessary And Assembling Of Valves), Removing The 200Nb & 250 Nb Sleeve Coupling From The Line, Dismantling The Coupling, Inspection Of Seal & Other Parts Reconditioning/Replacing Of Worn-Out Seal & Other Parts If Necessary, Reassembling The Coupling And Fixing With Line In Proper Manner As Per The Direction Of Engineer In-Charge, Replacing The Damaged Fluidizing Pad & Arresting Punctures In Esp Hopper Fluidizing Pad, Hopper Chute Fluidizing Pad And Reassembling With New Fluidizing Pad (If Necessary) In Proper Manner As Per The Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge.
