NOTE:[1]FIRM PARTICIPATING IN THE SUBJECT TENDER HAS TO SUBMIT ITS OFFERED ORDERING CODEALONGWITH TECHNICAL LITERATURE OF OFFERED ITEM/OFFERED ORDERING CODE. PREMIUMALUMINIUM OXIDE A WT. [2] FIRM TOSUBMIT THE SAMPLE OF ITS OFFERED PRODUCT WITHIN TEN DAYS FROM THE TENDER CLOSINGDATE FOR ACCEPTABILITY AT THE TENDER STAGE. MOREOVER THE FIRM SHOULD CLEARLY MARKITS BRAND AND ORDERING CODE ON THE PRODUCT ALSO FOR BETTER TRACEABILITY. Bidders tosubmit 04 samples as follows: 1. One no. in the sample room of COS Office. 2. one no. with the supplier to guidemanufacturer. 3. one no. with the inspecting authority to guide inspector. 4. One no. with the Depotofficer/Indentor. Bidder must submit [specify quantity size] samples duly signed and sealed in envelop with tenderno. and tender closing date superscribed on it. The samples should be sent strictly within ten days from thetender closing date and must be received physically in the office of Controller of Stores/Diesel LocoModernisation Works, Patiala-147003. The offers received without the samples within the time specifiedabove,will be treated as incomplete and will be summarily rejected.
