    Tender Details

    TENDER FOR Repair / Reconditioning Of Equipment Of 10 Mld Stp:-1 CLARIFIER:a) Supply, Fabrication and fixing of suitable sizes of grouting bolts to the entire track with required curing material and PCC works etc. including Men & material and proper alignment to be done so that the track should be intact while the equipment is rotating 360 degrees. 2 [b) Removal of damaged portions of Clarifier rotating structure and Central bearing unit shell without damaging the associated items. 3 c) Fabrication of steel for making supports to the Clarifier rotating structure and Central bearing unit shell by using required Angles, Flats, Channels, Plates, Beams etc; including painting with two coats of marine grade anti-corrosive epoxy paint over a coat of primer and supply of required fasteners complete as required and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.NOTE: Required structural materials like Angles, Flats, Channels, Plates, Beams etc; will be supplied by VPT at free of cost. 4 INLET CHANNEL AREA:a) Material and labour for Repairing and reconditioning of existing vertical type heavy duty Sluice Gate valves of Inlet channel at STP duly removing the complete unit, repairing the bottom guiding, providing required Gaskets, HT fasteners, repair of deteriorated shaft (if necessary) providing firm locking at the bottom, replacement of bottom plate along with its associated frame/ guide and washers with new one of similar size duly attending necessary de-watering works by deploying required pump/ arresting of water flow for attending the work with all required materials/ spares including PCC works complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 5 AERATION TANK:a) Removal of old railing supports and fitment of New base plate (with 4 holes). Supply, Fabrication and fixing of suitable sizes of grouting bolts to Aeration tank walkway.
