    Tender For Form 8 Certification For Pressure Vessel Or Piping - Form-8 Certification For Pressure Vessel/Piping Long Description: Vendor To Quote Charges On Per Vessel/Piping Loop Basis Inclusive Of All Costs Such As Travel To And From Visakhapatnam, Local Travel To Hpcl Visakh Refinery, Lodging And Boarding Of Competent Persons, Mobilization/Demobilization, Issuance Of Certificate In Form-8 Etc. Hpcl Will Not Reimburse Any Other Charges And Pay Only The Rate Quoted On Per Vessel/Piping Loop Basis.The Pressure Testing Of Vessels And Piping Loops Shall Be Performed By Hpcl And Witnessed By Hpcl Inspection Division Officers As Per Standard Practice Prior To Offering To Competent Person.Hpcl Will Facilitate The Hydro Test Witness Of Component.
