Tender for Greasing, oiling of components of lifting mechanism of gates Excluding Rollers after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple ,Applying Cardium Compound on Steel wire rope, Teeth of Drum Gear and Pinion of Gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding with arrangement required ,Maintenance of Cage Roller Assembly , Replacing damaged Steel wire rope 16 mm dia of cage roller assy. by providing new steel wire rope 16 mm dia including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding etc ,Replacement of Old and Damaged Bottom Rubber Seal size 80 x 20 mm by dismantling and cutting nut, bolts by gas cutting replacing by new Rubber Seal including lifting/lowering of gate and testing the gate complete with all labour, material, T&P and scaffolding etc ,Greasing, oiling of components of lifting mechanism of gates Excluding Rollers after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. ,Replacing broken/missing, damage bolts, nuts in hydro mechanical equipments and their components after proper checking of bolts, nuts including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc ,Repairing of damaged Roller Assembly of Harevali head Regulator after detaching from gate by cutting lock plate, bolt, nuts, putting at ground level ,shifting from regulator gate to working place, dismantling all parts, cleaning, repairing, ,greasing, replacing damaged / worn-out parts as required reassembling and fitting in gate testing by manually operating gate. Including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc
