    Tender Details

    Supply of Self contained open circuit compressed Breathing Apparatus set shall be positive pressure type and confirming to EN 137 (type 2) standard with digital pressure gauge and carbon composite fibre made cylinder. Anti-static back plate made from glass-filled polyamide material with carbon fiber for strength, Fitted with a rubber shocker at the base. Full Facemask assembly shall be confirming to EN 136 class 3. The face mask shall be made up with EPDM rubber, double reflex seal, speech diaphragm, inner mask, five finger head band, stainless steel speech diaphragm, heat-resistant polycarbonate material Visor. The air cylinder shall be made up from light weight carbon composite fiber. Air cylinder have water capacity of 6.8 liters and free air capacity of min. 1800 liters at 300 bar pressure and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, aluminium lined, approved to EN 144-2. The cylinder shall be approved by PESO, supplied with inline type valve made up from nickel plated brass. The set shall be supplied with a pressure reducer with high air delivery for 2 users and shall be directly fitted to the cylinder valve assembly. The pressure reducer valve shall have safety pressure relief valve provision. The set shall be provided with plug-in quick removable type lung demand valve with a rubber hose having a quick connect coupling connected to the low-pressure side of pressure reducing valve. The set shall have provision of distress signaling and warning unit fully electronic type including battery. Pressure gauge having provision to mesure pressure mechanically and digitally. Water proof pressure gauge shall have provision to measure temperature, altitude and battery status.
