    Tender Details

    Supply, fabrication and installation of nickel plated copper ground plates, Electrical grade polypropylene insulation sheets, Aluminum high voltage & high current plates, nickel plated copper busbar assembly, Delrin studs along with nickel plated copper sheets, HV divider box, 2 Nos.) made of Perspex sheet for mounting HV divider assembly & mounting arrangement for micro ammeters (2 nos.). Bringing out two ground terminals by silting the HV plate and other two terminals in L shape from the ground sheet for discharge cable connections , Supply, fabrication, assembly and spray painting of MS box as per GA drawing Part No.12. (ii) Supply and assembly of power entry modules with filter, IEC950 compliant; with power rocker switch and fuse holders, rated for 250V, 10A, 1 phase on LHS panel of the box. (iii) Supply of 6 mm thick Perspex sheets one for front cover and one for top cover for the trigger box. The front cover should be provided with cutout for meter shown in the drawing No. 40kJ-OTS-APPD-SL-PCS-2018 . Meter will be provided by purchaser at the site. (iv) Fabrication and Mounting of HV bushing, 3 numbers on RHS panel of the box as required during assembly. , Preparation of shop drawings, procurement of materials, fabrication, inspection, testing, transportation & installation of 2 sets of “Spark gap assembly for 40 kJ EMM System”
