    Supply and installation of 1500 kgs to 2000 kgs capacity Wet Waste Disposer shreading machine ( Organic Waste Grinder ) with using 10.0 HP / 1440RPM / 440 V Motor of with B Typle pulley Drive and Feed Hopper throat size of 350mm x 350mm With acrylic sheet, 5 No of blades ( 3 Moving + 2 Stationery ) with HCHCR Materail , shaft MOC-EN8 and the machine output should be 1500Kgs-2000 Kgs per Hour, Belts made by Fenner B Type, Filter - MS Plates with 8mm Holes, required FRP Covers. The Shreading machine fully fabricated with FRP Coating ( inside & out side ) including cost and conveyance and Instalation to the required place as per instruction of Departmental officers etc complete. SPECIAL FEATURES REQUIRED Fully insulated structure for sound proof provide Branded starter ( L&T, GE make ) Heavy Duty performance Hopper up and down movement Provide necessary safety guards
