Design. construction, testing and commissioning 01 rcc over head tank with architectural features 010.30 lacs gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging hetit support.led on rectangular square rcc columns only on turn key basis water supply scheme nazia chalk inducing providing and fixing standard pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet scour and overflow delivering up to 2.00 meters from r. c. c outer columns of over head tank providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor water level indicator, stairs from ground level to tank floor level gallery along outside columns, gallery to lop of dome along with side steel railing, steel ladder inside the tal* with side steel railing ventilating cowls, m.s. manhole covers with frame and m.s. railing b stairs and gallery, vertical pipelines (1 no. inlet 100 mm dia, 2 no. outlet 100 mm dia. overflow/washout 1 no. 100 mm cia) with standard pipe fitting etc. all complete. the top water container should be preferable *)drywall in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. the foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed to have a provision loathe construction ofa single storey building between the g.l bracing and first bracing with rcc roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. the position 01 the bracing so fixed that the height bracing is 0 .60m above general ground level to provde for pknth. the construction of such budding is not included in the turnkey job but the foundation and all other members should be designed and constructed taking into consideration this budding load so that this budding may be constructed in future whenever required the provision. (bearing capacity 01 sod 21.0 ton/m)
