    Tender Details

    Supply of Atomic layer deposition (ALD) system for coating pin hole free thin layers of oxides/nitrides and metals- 1. Deposition Temperature Range : Room temperature to 300OC or more, 2. Deposition uniformity Deposition uniformity of ±1% on 100 mm substrate: It should be demonstrated with Al2O3 or other deposition, 3. Reaction Chamber, 4. Substrate size Chamber should accommodate from small pieces(3 mm dia) to 1’’ (25 mm) diameter Si Wafers, 5. Substrate Holder Material 316L Stainless Steel or other with high chemical resistance, 6. Total Precursor lines System should have three or more Precursor lines, 7. Precursors: Required precursors for the deposition of TiO2 and Pt should be quoted, 8. Gas Precursor delivery Mode: Mass flow controller carrier gas precursor delivery system, 9. Vacuum Pump: Preferable dry pump to achieve 10-2 torr or better, 10. Software Integration: Software interface must be provided for complete system control etc.
