Tender for Manufacturing, testing, supplying of cast iron t- head bollard of 100t pull capacity conforming to standard specifications and drawing with all fixtures such as hot dip galvanized m42 resin anchor bolts, nuts and washers including fixing the bollards in position on the existing wharf structure (retrofitting) at west quay berths(monolith structure), core cutting for fixing the anchor bolts and filling it with polyester resin hilti re 500 or equivalent including providing non shrink grout at the base of the bollard to prevent ingress of water, filling the bollards with power control centre 1:1.5:3 painting the exposed surface with two coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer and making good the disturbed portions including all labour, cement, materials, fuel, equipments, lifting, welding, transporting and fixing etc. complete.
