    Tender Details

    Tender for 8000 HOURLY ROUTINES ON BOTH MAIN ENGINES IN SHIP ( 1.01 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Actuate the inspection door discharge valve flaps of the crankcase 1.02 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Visually inspect the timing gears. 1.03 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Replace the water pump packing. 1.04 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Inspect & Clean the Moattiself-cleaning fuel filter. 1.05 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Clean turbochargers air compressors 1.06 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Permute the rotor / bearing assemblies of the turbochargers. 1.07 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Inspect the shut-off & bypass valves replace seats, torus, guiding bushes and packing as well as pistons and gaskets of actuators 1.08 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Inspect Overspeed safety slide valve, replace gaskets 1.09 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Dismantle & thoroughly clean lub oil and fresh water plate type coolers. Renew all gaskets and consumables. Pressure test to 1.5 times working pressure post assembly 1.1 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. visually inspect cylinder head assembly rocker gear 1.11 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Check and adjust cylinder head assembly rocker gear 1.12 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Clean Crnkcase mist outlet system 1.13 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Replacement of one new turbocharger unit ( a ) Removal of all related accessories, dismantling and shifting of old TC ( Turbine casing, compression casing, removal of rotor, body casing ) and shifting all components ( b ) Dismantling & shifting of new TC unit ( 1.14 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Special defect of charge air leak from 40 Cylinder heads. Job entails lifting of all cylinder heads for DR 1.15 02 MEs: 20PA6B STC. Replacement of STBD Flywheel
