TENDER FOR OFFLOADING REPAIR ON ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT / SYSTEMS ONBOARD MCGS GUARDIAN:-1 Material for Overhauling and thorough checks of NAV lights including all switches. Fabrication of 02 NUC lights to be fitted on main mast including wiring from distribution panel. 2 Material for Repair / Renewal / Replace of 08 in nos. new marine type lightings 240V complete with base on ships deck. 3 Material for Inspection and maintenance of cables passing through the ship view recurrent defects observed ( Short Circuit / Break in continuity / cables overheating ) reported during passage and also on ground of exceeded life expand. The cablings to be inspected are as follows: a ) MSB to transformer no. 1, 2&3. b ) From transformer no. 1, 2&3 to distribution box. c ) Lighting in centre mess & aft mess ( 240V ) . d ) For distribution box in centre mess ( 240V ) . e ) IN distribution box centre mess ( 240V ) . f ) Distribution box in lobby no. 1 ( 04 DB ) . g ) Distribution box office & wheelhouse. h ) Lights in office, bridge & wheelhouse. i ) HF set, VHF set, Echo sounder in bridge. j ) For antenna of HF set, VHF set. k ) Port & STBD Da to MSB.l ) Shore supply to MSB ( 415V, 50 Hz ) . m ) Lighting in MCR, Engine room& ASP 240V. n ) For Steering gear ( 24 V & 415 V ) . o ) For Davit and Windlass ( 415 V ) . p ) For machinery intercom & main broadcast ( 241 V & backup 24 V ) . q ) From main broad cast & machinery intercom to speakers. r ) Grounding cables. 4 Material for Supply and fitment of 85 in no. LED lights alongwith heavy duty switches in lieu of old ones onboard ship. To be proved on completion of installation 5 Material for Inspection and repair of 02 in no. Search / Flash lights on Flag deck ( IN standard ) to be proved on completion of installation 6 Material for Inspection and repair of 32 EL fitted in various compartment. Defective are to be replaced. To be proved on completion of installation 7 Material for Inspection and repair of 32 AEL fitted in various compartment. Defective are to be replaced.
