    Conversion of 3 phase 3 wire to 3 phase 4 wire system in HT installations having TOD facility on total turnkey in BESCOM with the following: 1.Replacing 3 phase 3 wire Metering Cubicle with 3 phase 4 wire Metering Cubicle in RAPDRP and Non APDRP areas of HT installations having TOD facility. 2.Replacing existing meters by DLMS compliant meters (for 4 time zone) in RAPDRP and Non APDRP areas of HT installations having TOD facility. 3.Supplying and fixing of Modems to Non RAPDRP areas for HT installations having TOD along with integration and transferring the data to the existing MDM/MDAS server and 5 years maintenance of GPRS Modems.
