(b) HR-16G (1.6mm) used in Base Frame. (c) HR-14G (2mm) used in Track Channel (Rail).BODY : Body is made of prime quality Powder coated sheet of 0.8mm thick with protective film DFT of pre-coating is approx 40-45 microns.SHELVES : Shelves are in 10 fold for better strength & load bearing capacity. It is made of prime quality Powder-coated sheet of 0.8mm thick with protective film.Each body is with 5 compartments with 4 adjustable shelves. Each shelf to have separate marking system and indexing in every shelves.Protective rubber buttons are provided in between bodies to avoid any chance of damage, scratches & to avoid collision. BASE FRAME : The Base Frames are fabricated in ‘C’ Channel from 2mm thick CRCA Sheet. GUIDE RAIL : The guide rails are made 31 x 16mm bright flat housed in a ‘c’ channel made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet. It has flanges on either side with ball bearing for free movement of compactor bodies. Guide rail is provided with stopper to stop derailment of unit & it is fitted in ground by grouting bolt. DRIVE MECHANISM : The drive mechanism is working on chain & sprocket system and special grade antifriction bearing to have smooth and effortless movement.
