    Tender Details

    Tender for Comprehensive operation & Maintenance of plant of 270 TR consisting of 2 No. Chiller Units of 135 TR, Air Handling units-6 Nos., package units of 5.5T: 8 No., 8.5T: 5 No., 17T:-9 No., 1.5T split AC’s: 12 No. and allied equipments & accessories installed at Ch.Ranbir Singh Auditorium and only Comprehensive AMC of 8.5T-18 No., 11.OT-2 No., 16.5T-2 No. package units, 14 No1 .5T split ACs and 1 No. - Window AC’s in Bio & Nano Science Building, T.V. Studio & Seminar Hall of Teaching Block No.4 at GJUS&T Hisar respectively. The spares required for maintenance of the systems (including replacement of defective parts) shall be included in the scope of work of AMC. The operation of air conditioner plant is also included under the AMC for 50 days (approximate) in a year. (Financial year 2018-1 9) (Re-call).
