    Repairing of 60 Cusec Jyoti make split casing pump no. 04 by dismantling top half casing & rotating elements repairing of S.S. Shaft Sleeve both side & S.S. Impeller by remetaling with machinable I.S.I. Marked special alloy welding electrode turning & Finishing, making casing neckring by moulding casting & finishing. Repairing of Key way of Impeller and Pump Shaft, making new key, repairing of bearing, housing, taking out bearing of both side cleaning degreasing & replacing new pump bearing no. 23032 & sleeve no. 3132 on both side of pump.Assembling of rotating elements completly then assembling of complete pump by fixing rotating elements, top cover etc. including cost of all materials, labour & T&P to complete the Job.
