    Repair And Job Work The Amc For The Following Items Shall Be Carried Out For One Year From The Date Of Commencement As Per Terms And Condition As Follows:-. 01. Amc For Xerox Machine , Printers & ComputersXerox Machine 1 :- Konica Minolta Modal No.Bh-C284e (Coloured) 2 :- Konica Minolta Model No. Bh-211 3 :- Richo Aficio Model No. 2018DPrinters 1 :- Printer Samsung Model No 3310= 08 Nos 2 :- Printer Hp 1020 Plus = O9 Nos 3 :- Fax Machine Hp 1213Nf = 01 Nos 4 :- Printer Hp Coloured Inkjet Hp7500a = 01 Nos 5 :- Printer Samsung Model No 2876Nd= 04 NosComputers With Ups1:- Computer Make Hp- 08 Nos2:- Computer Make Dell- 09 Nos3:- Computer Make Accer - 01 NosTerms And Condition:-(A) The Amc Will Be Operative On Acceptance Date For One Year And Rate Would Be For Whole Year.(B) The Amount Will Be Paid Quarterly Basis W.E.F. The Contract Concluded Provided The Equipment Remains In Serviceable Conditions.(C) Amc Rates Include Service Charges For Repairs Without Spare Parts, Tonnor And Cartridges. (Spare Parts If Required Shall Be Provided Separately). (D) The Rep Of The Firm Will Visit With Technician To This Office Twice In A Month Or As And When Required For Repair/Maintiance Of The Equipment.(E) In Case Of Non Attending Of Complaints With In Two Days From The Date Of Intimation Suitable Amount As Decided By The Accepting Officer Will Be Recovered Form The Payment.(F) Income Tax Or Any Other Taxes As Applicable Shall Be Recovered At The Time Of Payment.(G) Original Anti Virus (K-7 (Total Security)/Quick Heal) To Be Installed In Each Computer By The Firm. In Case Any System Gets Corrupt At Any Time Due To The Virus, It Has To Be Repaired Under Amc Without Any Extra Cost.Hsn Code 9987 (Gst 18% Extra) => Limited Tender
