    Tender Details

    The Brief Scope Of Work Covers Supply Of Numerical Relay And Retrofit The Same In Existing Ltac Panel. The Existing Panel Door Shall Be Replaced By A New Door. The New Door Shall Have A Locking Facility And Shall Be Ip55 Class And Shall Be Painted With Opulene Green Paint. The Relay Or The Relay Case Shall Be Fixed In The Door. The Relay Test Plug Shall Be Fixed In The Door. The Contractor Shall Study The Existing Scheme Drawing And Shall Submit The Drawings Of The Replacement Scheme And Obtain The Approval. The Final Scheme Drawing Shall Be Submitted In 3 Set Hard Copy (A3 Size) In Auto Cad Version 2004 Or Higher In A Cd/Dvd. The Existing Wires From The Ct To Terminals, Relay And Metering Circuit Shall Be Removed And Be Replaced With 2.5Sq Mm (Copper) Frls For Ct Circuits, Red, Yellow, Blue, Black Color For Phase And Neutral Identification. Grey Color Wires For All Other Circuits. White Color Ferrules With Number Marked In Block Letters Shall Be Provided. The Contact Terminals Provided At The Bottom Of The Relay Panel Shall Be Replaced By New Contact Terminals. The Terminal Blocks Shall Be Non-Disconnecting Type/Disconnecting With Shorting Facility For Ct Circuits And Disconnecting For All Other Circuits. The Fuses To The Relay, Mfm, Hooter Shall Be Fixed For Each Hooter In The Panel Feeder. The Relay Shall Be Commissioned And The Settings Shall Be Time Co-Ordinate To The Existing Scheme. The Alarm Annunciator And Hooter Shall Be Installed In One Of The Panel Door And The Annunciation Contact Shall Be Wired To The Relays. The Relays Shall Time Synchronized To The Gps Output Proposed In The Station As Per The Direction Of Site Engineer At Linganamakki Power House.
