Blowers shall have base channel to mount fan, inlet and outlet flanges , PVC flexible , motor guard - GI motor guard for blowers with anti vibration mounts and rubber pads, GI cowl with bird screen etc,. The gap between shaft and the body shall be coveredwiith leak tight gaskets etc., complete all as per specification andas directed by Engineer - In- charge. 2 Stainlesss steel Single Isand Hood :Supply, fabrication and erection ofsingle island hood of size : 1500mm(L) x 600 mm (W) x 450mm (H) made out of 18 SWG (1.25 mm thick)SS 304 grade sheet , fully welded and polished corners, all four sides of the hood will be finished sides. 4 inch light fitting with FRP wiringacrylic sheet and fabricated stainless steel reflector, SS drain pan etc,. Grease Extraction: All hoods come standard with stainless steel and a deep grase through which allows for easy cleaning. Grease drain system with removable 1/2 pint cup for easy cleaning.etc., complete all as per specification andas directed by Engineer - In- charge. 3 Stainless steel baffle filters: Baffle Filtersof size : 700 mm (L) x600mm (W) x 50mm (T) for Kitchen Exhaust Systems are to give safe, dependable and positive flame barrier protection and efficient grease removal with the smooth vertical surface of the baffles ensures the grease runs down into the hood collection troughs.The Baffle Filters are made fromstainless steel SS 304 grade Stainless Steel. Resistance is 150 pascals for the air capacities,etc., complete all as per specification andas directed by Engineer - In- charge. 4 Supply, fabrication and installation of factory fabricated Galvanized sheet Steel GSS 20 G(thickness 1.0 mm) rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elblows, hangers, supports, anchor fasteners, threaded rods, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete as per specification includesG I cowl with bird screen and as directed by Engineer in charge. 5 Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 6 Supply, fabrication and fixingof medium weight channels forGSS ducting and exhaust blower. The C channelISMC 100 as per ISI 808:1989( D100 mm X B 50 mm XT 5.0 mm). IS channels of TATA or SAILor approved equivalent make including cutting, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti - corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer and embedding with concrete foundations etc.,complete all as per specification andas directed by Engineer - In- charge. 7 Supply and fixingof10 mm thick microban acousticnitrileinsulation liningin returnair ductwith open cell structure,0.047 W/mK thermal conduction, fire retarded class A , resistant to chemical & micro organism and sound absorption class - D, Density of the nitrile rubber shall be 140 – 180 Kg/m3. The material should withstand maximum surface temperature of 85 deg C . The material should conform to Class 1 rating for rating for surface spread of Flame in accordance to BS 476 Part 7 & fire safe as per IS 15061and The Sound Absorption Coefficient values (SAC values) tested as per IS:8225/ISO:354/ASTM 423Cetc,. complete asper specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. 8 Providing Electrical panel for blowers: Supply and installation of electrical panel for blower motors to house switch starters, indication lamps for ON,OFF, OL trip and armoured copper conductor cabling from panel to blower motors. ( Approx 20 Rmt). Electrical panel to house the starters for blower motor will be located near the kitchen area by the supplier. The incoming supply cable to this panel is departments scope. The out going cables from the starter panel to the respective motors are in supplierss scope. Note : Sheet metal of panel shall two coat of anti corrosive epoxy paint powder coated after a coat of primer.
