A.The Psc/Pscc Poles Shall Be Procured By The Ttk Agency From Approved Vendors Of Bescom Duly Observing Corporate Norms. B.Supply Of Materials, Construction And Testing Of 11Kv Ht Lines On 9 Mts Psc /Pscc Poles Using Rabbit Acsr Conductor . C.Supply And Erection Of 25 Kva 4 Star Rated 3 Phase Aluminum Wound Distribution Transformer On Single/Double Pole Structure As Per Specification Including Providing Of Distribution Box With Dlms Meters Under Rate Contract As Detailed In The Relevant Bid Documents. D.Supply Of Materials, Construction And Testing Of Lt 3Ph 4 Wire Lines On 8 Meter Psc Poles Using Rabbit Acsr Conductor . E.The Unit Rates For The Work For Material And Labour Will Be Finalized Based On The Total Amount Quoted By The Bidder For All The Items Mentioned In The Price Sheet, In Comparison With The Total Amount Works Out For The Same Items In The Price Sheet As Per Rates Specified In The Bescom Sr 2016-17 With Gst And Recently Amended Material Rates On Percentage(%) Basis. F.The Agency Has To Supply And Erect The Materials Which Are Not Included In The Tender (Left Out Materials) Duly Obtaining Approval From Superintending Engineer Ele., Ramanagara Circle And Complete The Works For Which Amount Is Payable At Prevailing Sr At The Time Of Execution Of Work. G.While Arranging Payment To The Awarded Contractor ( Agency) Actual Inventory Of Materials Used And Labour Incurred For Each Work Will Be Considered. H.The Concerned Executive Engineer O M Division Will Issue Work Awards For Individual Works. I.Rate Contract Is For A Period Of Six Months From The Date Of Loi Which Is Extendable For Three Months Based On The Performance/Circumstances. J.The Bidders Shall Note That, They Should Quote Unit Rates For Each Item Based On Sr 16-17 With Gst And Recently Amended Material Rates. Any Fake Rate Quoted For The Materials/And Or Labour May Lead To Disqualification.
