    Tender For Drilling Holes 32 Mm Dia In 60 Kg / 52Kg / Rails As Per Track Manual & Chamfering Of Drilled Holes As Per Rly Specification With Contractors Tools & Plants, Consumables, Labour Etc, Painting Of Rails With Two Coats Of Anticorrosive Bituminous Black Paint Conforming To Is:9862-1981. Each Coat Of Paint Shall Have Minimum Dry Film Thickness Of 100 Microns. The Painting Will Be Done After Removing The Rust And Dust And Loosening The Scales By Brushing/ Scrapping Etc. All The Application Will Be Done In Uniform Brushing. The Work Shall Be Completed In All Respects With All Labour And Material & Tools And Incidental Works Related In The Job As Per Direction Of Engineer Incharge At Site To His Entire Satisfaction.(Painting Of Rails Will Be Done In Situ I.E. In Running Track After The Removal Of Necessary Fittings, Ballast Etc. Wherever Required At Site Of Work And Contractor Will Have To Rehandle The Rails/ Fittings, Ballast Etc To Cover The Requisite Area Of Rails With His Own Labour, Material, T &P Etc
