    Survey And Asset Mapping Of Msedcl Electrical Network. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Activities: 1. Electrical Asset Survey Of The Entire Msedcl?S Non-Rapdrp And Non-Ipds Electrical Network Using Msedcl Mobile Apps. Eligibility Criteria: I. A Bidder Must Be A Single Entity. No Joint Ventures Or Consortium Will Be Permitted. Ii. The Bidding Is Open To Companies Registered In India Under Companies Act 1956 Or Companies Act 2013, Or Firms Registered With Registrar Of Firms And Societies In India, Or Any Natural Person, Who Fulfills The Eligibility Criteria. Iii. The Bidder Should Have Average Annual Turnover For The Last Three Audited Financial Years As Follows : Bidders Quoting ForMinimum Annual Turnover Required 1 To 4 ZonesRs. 0.35 Crore 5 To 8 ZonesRs. 0.75 Crore 9 To 12 ZonesRs. 1.5 Crores Above 13 ZonesRs. 3 Crores (Proof: Annual Audited Financial Statements For Fy13-14, Fy14-15 And Fy15-16 Along With Chartered Accountants Certificate). Iv. The Bidder Should Have A Positive Net Worth, In Each Of The Last Three Financial Years As Per Audited Accounts. The Net Worth Should Be Calculated As Per Latest Rbi Guidelines. V. The Bidder Should Have At Least One Experience Of Gis/Asset Survey For State Government Body, Municipal Authority Or Gram Panchayat For The Value Not Less Than 1 Crore In The Last Three Financial Years. Certificate From The Principal Employer/Client Showing Work Order No., Value, Work Commencement And Completion Date And Satisfactory Performance Of The Work To Be Submitted By The Bidder. Vi. The Bidder Should Have Iso 9001:2000 Certified Or Equivalent Certificate (Proof: Copy Certification From Authorized Certification Body) Vii. The Bidder Must Be Registered With Service Tax Department.
