B.Supply Of Materials, Construction And Testing Of 11Kv Ht Lines On 9 Mts Psc /Pscc Poles Using Rabbit Acsr Conductor. C.Supply And Erection Of 25 Kva 3 Phase Aluminum Winding Distribution Transformer On Single Pole Structure Using Bee 4 Star Rated Transformers As Per Specification Including Providing Of Distribution Box With Dlms Meters In Nandagudi Sub Division, Under Rate Contract As Detailed In The Relevant Bid Documents. D.Supply Of Materials, Construction And Testing Of Lt 3Ph 4 Wire Lines On 8 Meter Psc Poles Using Rabbit Acsr Conductor E.The Unit Rates For The Work For Material And Labour Will Be Finalized Based On The Total Amount Quoted By The Bidder For All The Items Mentioned In The Price Sheet, In Comparison With The Total Amount Works Out For The Same Items In The Price Sheet As Per Rates Specified In The Bescom Sr 2016-17 And Recently Amended Material Rates On Percentage (%) Basis. F.The Agency As To Supply And Erection The Materials Which Are Not Included In The Tender (Left Out Materials) Duly Obtaining Approval From Superintending Engineer Ele., Bangalore Rural Circle And Complete The Works For Which Amount Is Payable At Sr Prevailing At The Time Of Execution Of Work Using Such Materials. G.While Arranging Payment To The Awarded Contractor (Agency) Actual Inventory Of Materials And Labour Used For Each Work Will Be Considered. H.The Executive Engineer O M Division /Superintending Engineer O M Circle Will Issue Work Awards For Individual Works. I.Rate Contract Is For A Period Of Maximum One Year From The Date Of Loa. J.The Bidders Shall Note That, They Should Quote Unit Rates For Each Item Based On Sr 16-17 And Recently Amended Material Rates Any Freak Rate Quoted For The Materials/And Or Labour May Lead To Disqualification.
