    Tender For Renewal Work With Ordinary Repair Of Thana Ka Mazra Azadpura Link Road Of Km 1(810) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fillup the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqiured density Grading 3 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Excluding GST) 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG -10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Excluding GST) 3 Providing laying & rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Seal coat-C Technical Specification Clause 508. (Excluding GST) 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grede and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification MORD sepecification no. Clause 510. as per Data Book item No. 5.12 (B) Case - IIITypeC (Excluding GST)
