    Tender For Wire Brushing / Chipping Scraping And Chemical Cleaning Of The Rail To Remove All Scales, Rust And Foreign Particles From The Surface Of Rail And Apllication Of One Coat Of Red Oxide, Zinc Cromate Primer Is 2074 Of Thickness 25 Micron On The Surface & Primer Coat Is To Be Followed By Application Of Two Coat Of Bitumen Emulsion As Per Indian Patent No. 56192 ( First Coat Of Bitumin Emulsion Black Paint Of Thickness 25 Micron Allowed To Dry For At Least 3 Hours And Then Finishing Coat Of Bitumin Emulsion Black Paint Containing 20 Perc. Mica Powder On 160 / 200 Mesh ) . The Total Thickness Of Three Coats Should Be 75 Micron . The Application Of Primer & Paint Should Be By Brush On 52 Kg / 60 Kg Rails. Rate Includes Contractors Tools, Plants, Brush & Compressor Complete With All Lead & Lift & Transportation
