    Tender For Pulling Back 52 / 60Kg Rails On Running Track With / Without Block Including Loosening Of All Necessary Fittings And Tightening Of All Fittings After Pulling Back, Gauging, Aligning, And Squaring Of Joints Adjusting Of Sleepers And Joint Sleepers In Proper Position , Insertion Of New / Sh 130M / Ten Rail Panel / Three Rail Panel / Two Rail Panel / Any Length Of Rail / Single Rail By Removing Existing Sh / Us 130M Rail Panel / Three Rail Panel / Two Rail Panel / Any Length Of Rail / Single Rail Within Traffic Block Period Other Than Bridges And L-Xings With Contractors Own Labourer Tools, Plants, Equipments Etc.All Complete As Per Direction Of The Engineer Or His Authorised Representative , Opening Out And Removing Joggled Fish Plate As Per Direction Of The Engineer Or His Authorized Representative , Assistance To Welding ( Skv ) Of Rail Joints On Cess / Running Track By Compressed Air Petrol Preheating System By Providing Moulder, Chipper, Grinder, Luter And Other Skilled & Unskilled Labourer Complete As Per Direction Of The Engineer Or His Authorised Representative Painting Of Rail By One Coat Of Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Primer To Is: 2074 With Two Coats Of Bituminous Emulsion To Irs-P-30- 1996 To A Dry Film Thickness Of 350 Microns ( Each Coat To A Minimum Thickness Of 175 Micron ) And Painting Area Per Rm Of Rail 0.505. The Rust Is Removed And Scales Are Loosened By Wire Brushing / Scraping. Rate Should Be Included Cost Of Materials
