    Tender Details

    Shifting Of Chemicals And Empty Carbuoys Shifting Of Bulk Chemicals Like Organophosphonate And High Stress Organic Polymer Biocide And Bio Dispersant To Respective Storage Areas. Cleaning And Shifting Of Empty Carbuoys And Barrels To Chemical Godown As And When Required. Quantity Of All Chemicals Required Is About 315 Mt In A Year. Operation Of Chemical Dosing System At Cw Pump House. Addition Anddosing Of Required Quantity Of Chemicals Namely Organophosphonate And H S Organic Polymer On A Daily Basis And Biocide And Biodispersant Are Periodically At Regular Intervals To Forebays1 2 3And4. Transportation And Shifting Of The Chemicals To The Dosing Points As And When Required. Segregation Of Empty Chemical Drums And Cans In The Specified Area And Related Cleaning. Sampling And Analysis Of Cwph Fore Bays Samples Sampling And Analysis Of Cwph Fore Bays 1 2 3 And 4 Samples And Raw Water And Clarifier Samples At Regular Intervals On Daily Basis. Testing Of Bulk Chemicals Supplied And Maintaining All Records Duly Certified By Site In Charge Chemist Chemical Supervisor And Concerned Group Chemist. Supply Of Chemicals The Tenderer Shall Maintain At Least One Month Stock Of Chemicals Required For The Treatment Of Cooling Water At Site For Un-Interrupted Operation And Dosing. The Tenderer Shall Maintain Suitable And Qualified Manpower Experienced In Similar Works Regularly In Two Shifts. The Supervisor Shall Have Minimum Qualification Of Msc Or Bsc In Chemistry And The Operator Shall Be Puc Or Sslc And Experienced In Handling The Chemicals. The Contractor Shall Arrange At His Own Cost All Measuring Equipment And Required Chemicals For The Analysis.
