    Supply Of Requisition No. 1112-27054 Dt. 25.8.16 1. Long Travel Non - Driving Wheel Yard Side For Eot Crane Cap.10 Ton Dli End Qty - 01 Set Requisition No. 1112-27055 Dt. 25.8.16 1. Long Travel Driving Wheel Yard Side For Eot Crane Cap.10 Ton Dli End Qty 01 Set ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Wheel Of Dia 250 Mm Shall Be Double Flanged And Straight Tread Of 85 Mm And Other Dimensions Will Be As Per Sample. 2. The Material Used For Forged Wheel Shall Confirm To Steel 55C8/65C6 Of Is 2004:1991 Carbon Steel Forgings For General Engineering Purpose Third Revision . These Wheels Shall Be Solid Forged And Heat Treated To Have Minimum Hardness Of 320-350 Bhn On The Tread And Flanges To A Depth Of Not To Less Than 10 Mm I.E. Case Hardening. 3. The Wheels Should Be Shrink Fit On Axles. 4. Two Nos. Of Bearings 22314 Of Make Skf Or Fag Or Nbc Provided And Fitted By The Firm On Each Wheel Assembly. 5. Old Brackets Which Are Provided By The Railways, Should Be Fitted On The Wheel Assembly. 6. Wheel Set Fitting To Be Done As Per Sample. 7. Wheels To Be Fabricated And Assembled By The Firms M/S Reva Industries Or M/S H.B.Crane Mfg. Company Pvt Ltd. Or M/S Krane Mfg I Pvt. Ltd. Or Any Crane Manufacturers. 8. Chemical Analysis Report Is Required With The Supply Of Wheels By The Firms M/S Reva Industries Or M/S H.B.Crane Mfg. Company Pvt Ltd Or M/S Krane Mfg I Pvt. Ltd. Or Any Crane Manufacturers. Note :- Quantity 01 Set Means, One Set Of Long Travel Non - Driving Wheel And One Set Of Long Travel Driving Wheel
