No. 99 / 2017 ( Rev. ) Overhauling & Deep Screening Of Track At Level Crossings Including Digging Of Hard Road Surface, Lubrication Of Fittings, Painting Of Rails, Packing Of Sleepers, Kaccha Dressing Of Road Surface To Make The Road Surface Level Including Cost Of Consumables, T&P, Labour , Earth Work In Excavation And Filling In Connection With Repair To Cess Along The Rly Track As Per Irpw Manual By The Railway Earth Wherever It Is Available Within 100 M Lead Distance As Per Instruction / Decision Of The Site In-Charge Including All Lead Lift Crossing Of Track , Casual Renewal Of Broken Prc By Taking Out Existing Sleepers With Existing Fastening, Complete Etc. From Existing Running Track Including Dismantling The Sleepers By Taking Out Various Component And Fittings Including Laying Prc Sleeper, M+4 / M+7 / M+8 Density With Approved Fastening And Fixing The Same To The Existing Running Track With Initial Packing At The Time Of Laying, , Painting Of Rails With ( In Situ I.E. In Running Track ) Two Coats Of Bituminous Black Paint Conforming To Is: 9862-1981.Each Coat Of Paint Shall Have Minimum A Dry Film Thickness Of 100 Microns. The Painting Will Be Done After Removing The Rust& Dust And Loosing The Scales By Brushing / Scraping Etc. All The Application Will Be Done In Uniform Brushing. Removal Of Existing Heavily Jammed Erc By Gas Heating Or Cutting, If Necessary, Without Damaging The Insert And Putting Of New Erc After Applying Grease In The Leg And Eyes Of The Insert And Rail Surface Under The Liner And Replacement Of Existing Gfn / Steel Liners By New Gfn / Steel Liners Including Renewal Of Gr Pads. Rates Are Inclusive Of Loading, Leading & Unloading Of Fittings From And To P.Way Store , Loading, Leading & Unloading Prc / Turnout Sleepers / Ordinary Sleepers, Rail Or Any Heavy P.Way Material By Using Rail Dolly / Dip Lorry Etc Within The Busy Railway Yard Under Running Traffic Conditions As Per Direction Of The Engineer In Charge Or His Representative. The Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of Wastage Of Labour, Tools And Plants On Account Of Non-Availability Of Traffic Block ( Wherever Mandatory )
