    The Selected Bidder Should Provide One-Year Technical Support Or Annual Technical Support For Symantec Product Licenses And Fresh Licenses For Web Gateway Software With One Year Support For R-Apdrp Part-A Project In Karnataka. Bidder Should Provide Licenses For The Web Gateway Software Meeting The Existing Hardware Configuration Detailed In Annexure 2. It Is The Responsibility Of Bidder To Supply Product Which Works Seamlessly Between The Existing Symantec Products And The New Web Gateway Software With R-Apdrp System. The Licenses And Annual Technical Support Shall Be Purchased On Concerned Escoms Names For Item Number 2 And 4 In The Form 7 Of Price Bid And Other Items Shall Be In The Name Of Bescom. Web Gateway Licenses Shall Also Be In The Name Of Bescom.
