    Installation Of Hardware And Software For Atp Machines At The Locations Specified By Hescom. Providing Necessary Security, System Administrators, Support Personnel, Additional Man Power. Providing Network Connectivity For Atp Machines. Online Integration And Any Other Cost Should Be Borne By The Bidder. Providing Pos (Point Of Sale) Swipe Machines At Atp Counter To Accept Debit/Credit Card Cashless Payment At Atp Counters. Provision For Collecting Electricity Bills Of Different Offices Supply Of Bill Receipt, Printing Stationery Etc. The Quality Of Paper Used For Printing Of Receipt Shall Be Of High Quality So That The Contents Should Appear Clear For Permanent Period. Generation Of Daily Transaction List. Both Summary Report And Account Id Wise (On-Line) Printouts Should Be Given. Submission Of Account Id Wise List To The Sub-Division. Collection Of Currency From The System, Verification Of Currency With The List. The Cheque/Dd Acceptance Facilities Should Be Made Functional. Handing Over The Cash/Cheques/Dd And List To The Cash Section Of The Concerned Sub-Division Daily Before The Specified Time As Stated By Local Officer Depending Upon The Cash Hours Of Local Banks To Facilitate Remittance To Bank On Same Day. Maintaining/Safeguard Of Atp Machines And Handing Over Of Cash/Cheques/Dd Collected Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder Until Its Transfer To Hescom. Software Support/Maintenance. Hardware, Ups And Maintenance And Backup Facility For Each Atp Locations. Daily Transaction Back Up. Educate The Consumers Who Have Come For Bill Payment To Operate The Atp Machines. Software Should Support Bilingual Option For Consumers With Kannada And English Language. Any Other Conditions/Materials Required For Smooth Functioning Of Atp Machines. Civil Works Required For Installing Atp Machines And Allied Works/Repairs.
